團購美食-蜂蜜也能當藥引?食用蜂蜜的注意事項


  蜂蜜味甘、性平,具有一定的藥蜂蜜用價值,可用于虛勞咳嗽、氣短乏力和腸燥便秘等。它還能起到藥引的作用,幫助一些中藥起效。

英文 補習班-孩子幾歲學英語最佳?


  在某次少兒英語學習講座上,具學英文有多年教學經驗的英語校長提出:學習外語並非越早越好,並不是說幼兒就絕對不能英文 補習班學習外語。

  幼兒學習外語要具備4個基本條件:

  1、適于幼兒學習外語的語言環境。

  這主要包括:

  (1)幼兒園有合格的外語教師組織教學,有精心創設的雙語環境。

  (2)家裏有精通外語的成人輔導、指點,日常用雙語進行語言交流。無論是教師還是家長都要據有紮實、正確的英語基礎知識,具有標准、流利的口語能力,而且還要能爲幼兒操學英文練、運用外語創設豐富多彩、形式多樣的語言環境,能用幼兒可以接受的方式輔導幼兒的外語學習,等等。

  2、適于幼兒學習外語的方法。

  (1)幼兒外語教育者(教師、家長)要了解幼兒身心發展的規律和特點,並根據這些規律和特點確定教學目的,選擇教學內容,制定教學計劃,組織教學進程。

  (2)幼兒外語教育者要采用爲幼兒喜聞樂見的看圖說話、唱歌、遊戲和表演等教學手段施教。要盡可能多地讓幼兒聽內容適合他們的年齡特點,語音、語調正確流利的外語錄音,多給孩子們創造聽說外語的機會和有助于孩子們理解外語、用外語表達的語言情境。

  (3)幼兒學習外語主要是進行外語啓蒙教育,培養幼兒對外語的興趣,發展外語的聽說能力。

  3、持之以恒,兼顧其它。

  語言學習過程是一個長期艱巨的過程,外語學習最忌“一曝十寒”,“三天打魚,兩天曬網”。甯可晚一點兒開始學,不要學上幾天就半途而廢。另外,幼兒學 外語,要兼顧體、智、德、美諸育的和諧發展。幼兒學外語畢竟不是學前教育的目標所在。幼兒學外語要以不加重兒童的負擔爲前提,而不應以犧牲、削弱其它方面 的教育爲代價。

  4、因人而異,切勿“一刀切”。

  在我國的學前教育中,外語學習,遠不如識數認字、音樂、美術那麽具有普遍性,擁英文 補習班有合格外語教師的幼兒園和能夠輔導幼兒學習外語的家庭爲數甚少。因此,幼兒學習外語不宜普遍提倡,倉促推廣,更不宜強求一致,“一刀切”。要貫徹學習自願,因人而異的原則。
