隔熱-屋頂隔熱措施

　　南方炎熱地區屋頂的構造可分爲鐵皮屋隔熱實體材料隔熱層屋頂和帶有空氣間層的隔熱屋頂、通風間層隔熱屋頂、吊頂屋頂、閣樓屋頂、蓄水屋頂和植被屋頂等多類。主要隔熱措施爲：

　　（1）淺色飾面（如淺色粉刷、塗層和面磚等）。

　　（2）增加屋頂的熱阻與熱惰性，用實體材料層或封閉空氣間層（貼鋁箔）進行屋頂隔熱，減少屋頂傳熱和溫度波動的振幅。

　　（3）使用通風屋面。

　　利用屋頂內部通風，可及時帶走白天上面傳人的熱量，夜間也可對屋頂起散熱降溫作用。閣樓屋頂也屬于通風屋頂。

　　通風屋頂的設計要注意利用朝向形成空氣流動的動力，間層高度以20～24cm左右爲宜，間層內表面不宜過分粗糙，以降低建築隔熱空氣流動阻力，並組織好氣流的進、出路線。

　　（4）使用蓄水屋頂。

　　水的熱容量大，且水在蒸發時需要吸收大量的汽化熱，從而大量減少傳人室內的熱量，降低屋頂表面溫度，達到隔熱的目的。

　　（5）屋頂遮陽。

　　屋頂遮陽是現代建築設計中利用屋面作爲活動空間所采取的一項有效防熱措施，可采用百葉板遮陽棚屋面和爬藤植物遮陽棚屋面。

　　（6）屋頂有土或無土種植。

　　植物可遮陽，減少屋頂對太陽輻射的吸收；植物的光合作用將熱頂樓隔熱能轉化爲生物能；植物葉面的蒸騰作用可增加蒸發散熱量；種植植物的基質材料（如土壤）還可增加屋頂的熱阻與熱惰性。

　　一、普通的亞折盒克力板的熱變形穩定大約在100度左右，所以在使用有亞克力制品的時候要注意這個溫度值，如在持續使用的時候溫度不應高于90度。

　　二、亞克力制品表面的硬度泡殼相當于鋁，所以在使用或者亞克力加工時應小心避免表面被劃傷。如果被劃傷可以壓克力通過抛光恢複原有的光澤表面。

　　三、在輕微劃傷或者因靜電産生的吸附灰塵而導致包裝公司的亞克力制品模糊或不潔淨可以使用蘸有1%的肥皂水在軟抹布的配合下將其擦拭幹淨即可。

　　四、這點是在亞克力制品組裝過程中需要注意到的細節，因爲亞克力板材具有一定的膨脹系數，所以在安裝的時候一定要考慮到有亞克力板材的熱脹冷縮因素，在組裝的時候一定要留有伸縮的空間間隙
